RESTORE HAND THERAPY CORE VALUES

Learning

We encourage a culture of curiosity, where learning is seen as a continuous journey that enhances the quality of care we provide. We encourage each other to ask questions, explore new techniques, seek knowledge, and share what we've learned, so that we can be the best at what we do.

Warmth

We create an atmosphere of warmth and belonging, where everyone feels welcomed, valued, seen, and heard. We connect on a deeper level with patients and each other, fostering trust and creating a safe space where people feel understood and supported. We value diversity and treat everyone with respect and kindness.

Excellence

We have dedicated ourselves to providing the highest standard of care for upper limb treatment. We work together, with other practitioners and each other, to understand the intricacies of each injury, to ensure we deliver the best outcome for our patients. We pride ourselves on being specialists in our field and actively share our knowledge with our healthcare partners and our industry.

Being Real

We're a team of real people, and we're here to provide genuine care. We know that healing is about more than just treating the body; it's about forming real connections and being there, fully present. And you know what? We're not afraid to share a laugh and bring a little lightness when it's needed.

Balance

We are thoughtful about how we spend our time and energy. We believe making time to get to know patients is just as important as understanding their injury. We balance patient autonomy and self-management, with support and guidance. We foster a team culture that values self-care, where our staff can balance work with life, so that they can bring their best selves to work.
